what the fuck (via)

THIS IS NOT OKAY.  THIS IS NOT OKAY.  THIS IS NOT OKAY.

No but that’s illegal.

That is actually illegal.

What the hell.

Hello friends, this is a violation of sections 959.06A and 959.131B of the Ohio state law. The former is a fourth-degree misdemeanor. The latter is a first-degree misdemeanor on the first offense and fifth-degree felony for each subsequent offense. This man shot a litter of kittens, not a single animal as the law is worded, so a case could be made for felony (or four). Either way, this is a crime. There is also the federal Animal Welfare Act which I’m not even going to get into.

According to the AVMA’s annual euthanasia panel, shooting an animal is only considered humane in emergency situations, as in if the animal presents immediate danger or is in too much pain to be moved. It also notes that the euthanasia must take place in a remote locationThese kittens were healthy, in no pain, posing no threat to anybody, and were in the immediate vicinity of children.

And, this article has it wrong: Accorti is a humane officer, not a police officer. This is his job description, direct from the North Ridgeville, OH website: “The city employs two part time Humane Officers, who are responsible for enforcing the city and state laws governing the keeping, registration, vaccination, and sanitation of domestic animals.” He’s employed to enforce the state law, so he knew exactly what he was doing.

Please do not let this man walk away unpunished and with his job intact. Make noise. Get the attention of the higher-ups. Sign these petitions. Email or call any of these people: city mayor, district attorneystate attorney general, state senator, state representative, governorUS representative, US senators, or anybody else who has power over the police chief. You can do this even if you don’t live in Ohio.

The lives of five homeless kittens may not seem that important, but officers are not above the law. Barry Accorti could be charged with a felony for his actions if we can get the attention of the people with the authority to make this happen. Please, please, please stand up against animal cruelty and officers who break the law and expect to get away with it.

Complete BULLSHIT! I fucking hate cops.

This reminds me of another incident in which a cop shot a woman’s dog, the police department denied it, and when she showed them that she had VIDEO EVIDENCE of the cop gunning down the dog, they begged her to keep quiet.

Whenever a domesticated animal goes out and murders something like a cat, often that animal is either put to sleep or under heavy regulations because if it could murder a cat, it could possibly murder a small child.

Human beings like the officer who shot those kittens should also be regarded as potentially dangerous. If someone is completely blasé about shooting anyone or anything non-threatening, they don’t deserve a position of power, and certainly not a badge, a gun, and the protection of more cops who don’t care. If he can’t even be arsed to take the kittens away from children before disposing of them, it shows that he has a complete lack of human sympathy and decency, and will very likely end up doing something like shooting a person for no reason or worse. Some people don’t give a damn about animals, which is terrible, but those people protecting this guy and who apparently don’t value the lives of a litter of kittens still need to look at the big picture and realize that this man is too dangerous to be a cop.

son comes out to his dad as a brony… fucking hilarious, the dad’s reaction.

I felt really bad for this guy until about 4:54 when he pretty much proves his own stereotype. I mean I guess I still feel bad for him because you can do whatever, fit a stereotype or not, but dang it now he can be used as a piece of evidence for those that hate the community. But anyways,

His father is not being very rational at all, although even the guy flubs some things up by not making it clear that watching a cartoon show is one of his many hobbies, at least until he has to start repeating himself to his father.

Look, the reason people make such a big deal about liking the show is because for some silly reason people associate watching MLP with being Gay. The media might have something to do with that (I’ve seen very few media outlets say anything about the show or fandom in a positive or even neutral manner) or maybe just the marketing that surrounds the My Little Pony brand that puts this in people’s heads. Being Gay itself is fine with me, but other people take it as if something is seriously wrong with their child or some other negative connotation, and this leads to serious issues between families such as distancing, distrust and juvenile arguments like this one here. Anyways, the point is that we’re afraid because explaining this to someone is not easy (What does it mean to be a Brony? Why do you watch a girls show? Etc), but it IS easy for someone to misunderstand the situation and blow little things like this way out of proportion.

His father’s reactions are him reading way into it,  and then the guy on screen just keeps digging himself into his own grave more and more and I don’t know who to be more upset with. Mostly because he seems to be happy about the whole situation. Oh and his father first getting angry about his just liking the show and then backtracking later. + His dad’s view of masculinity sounding pretty terrible. Really at this point I’m just complaining about how I don’t like this video, maybe because I’m afraid of telling my dad about it for similar reasons (although I don’t clop nor fit most of the other stereotypes) or maybe it’s the fact that I don’t really like how either of these two handled the situation (although I think the guy on screen certainly did better), Maybe both. Time to end this sucker before I ramble on more about the subject and make myself look like an even bigger fool for writing so much text about something that is not important

Okkay, about all this hate on the Frozen teaser. Stuff like “End of Disney”

Well guess what, you haven’t seen the film yet! Let me tell you, I thought that the trailers for Tangled were the stupidest things i ever saw. “She’s been grounded, for like, ever!” Some of the worst trailers ever. Don’t deny.

I almost didn’t see it, but I did. And we know this, TANGLED IS FUCKING BEAUTIFUL. So yeah, think the teaser is stupid. but don’t assume the film will be garbage.
